Leith was born in Scotland and lived there until he turned 15 when his parents died. He moved with his papa, sister Raine and brother Constantine to the US. He has spent the last few years of his life in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Other than not growing up with his parents Leith had a pretty normal childhood. He went to school got good grades and for the most part stayed out of trouble. There were a few occasions where he did get into trouble--and that was when he finally accepted the fact that he was not like every other guy his age...he had always known he was different but never really knew why, until he found himself attracted to one of his fellow classmates. Under normal circumstances this would have probably been fine but Leith was attracted to one of his male classmates. Needless to say his classmates gave him a hard time about it.

Now that Leith is graduated from High School and his aging papa has passed away he has moved to New Orleans to study Psychology at Louisiana State. But because of problems he was forced to leave not long after.

Before leaving New Orleans Leith was attacked and nearly killed by a group of homophobic college students; at least that is how it appeared at first. Leith suffered extensive injuries from the beating and rape, not only broken bones but head injuries that could have killed him; he was in a coma for a month. Leith woke one morning from his coma as if nothing had ever happened. He has suffered very little residual effects from the head injuries but he does on occasion suffer from memory lapses and he has terrible nightmares about the attack.

Recently Leith has gone through a very heard break up with his boyfriend, Brent Carlisle. The man he thought he'd be spending the rest of his life with broke off their engagement with only a note leaving Leith broken and a lone (aside from his friends).

Dear Leith,

I am sorry to have to do this to you but I can't stay. I blame myself for what happened to you back in New Orleans. I told you I'd always be there for you and I wasn't; and you were almost killed.

I know you tell me it wasn't my fault but deep down inside I know it was and I'll never be able to look you in the eye again. I am not the man for you Leith, you deserve much better than me. You deserve better than this.

Please know I will always love you and I will think of you often. Please don't try to find me.

Now months after the break up Leith is living in Malibu, California (he moved shortly after the break up) and attending school at University of California at Malibu (UCM). He is still single and not looking for anyone -- he still doesn't think that anyone would or could ever fill the place that Brent left when he left him.

At UCM Leith will be studying Psychology. It is mid-year his Freshman year.
